Mom wants to thank effuryone fur thare purrars and thots. Her hart is still leeking, and she is haffing a furry hard time pulling it together. She can't cleen the howse becuz she duzn't wont to put Kitten's things away. Bean and I are trying to help, but it is furry hard.

Again, thanks so much. Mom apprishiates it SO MUCH.

Torti Tuesday- In Memory of Bontepoes

This Tortie Tuesday is in memory of Mom's dad kitty Bontepoes. She was a rescue kitty, and she was FIV positive. She was the girliest cat ever, and ever-so-sweet. She died on 30 January 2007, and she will be missed.

Another Day, Another Try

I tried to post yesterday, but nothing was working out. So, onto today. Lizza had a wonderful suggestion- that I post some pictures of Kitten. Sprankeltje will get hers a little later. Thank you for solving that eternal problem of what to post today. My appreciation runs deeper than the water in my dish.

Kitten is the oldest (14,) and he is also the most beautiful. He doesn't really like to eat, so he doesn't weigh much. He was introduced in Mom's blog on 15 August 2006(Mom can't figure out how to link back to previous posts- you just can't get decent help these days!) Unfortunately he makes it very easy to pick on him. Poor Kitten.

My First Post

Since I help Mom out on her blog everyday, I decided I want my own blog. By now I know the system, and I've always had an intimate relationship with Mom's computer. Seems like a good fit.
I might follow some other cats' blogs examples, and I hope I don't step on anyone's paws. My mom is eager to help format my template, so here are a couple of fast facts-

• I have a brother, Kitten, and a sister, Sprankeltje.
• We live in a townhome that has a wonderful deck in the back so we can finally enjoy the great outdoors.
• I enjoy French Fries and stroopwafels (Dutch cookies.)
• I speak enough English to know that I'm getting fed, and enough to ignore everything else.
• I like to sit on my Mom's head.

More will be revealed (have to make sure that I have enough fodder for the future.) I will also be developing links to other cat cousin sites, so let me know you're out there!
